parkers car specs
parkers car review ,It sounds like the DPF is trying to run its burn off cycle. You say you removed the DPF (or its core?) but did you have a re-map so that the DPF cycle is deleted from the engine management?
The burn off cycle would make a lot of smoke if there were no DPF in there to burn the soot out of...........
Also, a diesel cannot run lean, they always run lean as they are not "throttled". A diesel would run hot if it had too much fuel entering, quite the opposite of a petrol engine in fact. I believe the burn off cycle runs the engine very rich and retards the fuel injection cycle to achieve "burn off". Simple rich running would actually cause a diesel to make massive power!! A look on youtube would demonstrate quite well. parkers car and driver
